Sensitec XMR-Symposium: Welcome

16. XMR-Symposium

8. and 9. March 2023 in Wetzlar

At the international symposium “Magnetoresistive Sensors and Magnetic Systems” on 8. and 9. March 2023 speakers from science and industry will present new and interesting topics and facilitate a comprehensive exchange of information and experience.

The XMR-Symposium, which takes place in 2023 for the 16. time, has established itself as the leading international platform for presenting the latest technological developments and innovative applications in the field of magnetoresistive technology and magnetic systems.

Both potential users, wishing to implement this unique magnetic technology in new products, and researchers engaged in this dynamic field, are provided with information about the latest technical advances as well as descriptions of new applications from leading edge users.

A hand-picked selection of experts from around the world will provide first-hand information on the latest research results and newest applications of magnetoresistive technology. The presentations cover fundamental technological advances, e.g. in TMR (Tunnel MagnetoResistive) sensor technology, as well as a wide range of application examples for magnetoresistive sensors, including robotics, aerospace, biosensors, medical equipment, non-destructive testing, industrial automation and electromobility. In addition to this there are presentations describing the latest results from EU- and BMBF-funded R&D projects in this exciting field.

MR-Workshop "Magnetoresistive Sensoren"

7. March 2023 in Gießen

For all German speaking participants who are interested in more detailed hands-on experience about magnetoresistive sensors, please do not miss to join the MR-Workshop which will be held on the day before the symposium on 7. March 2023 in Gießen (nearby Wetzlar).

The MR-Workshop explains the basics for using magnetoresistive sensors in theory and practical applications of angle, length and position measurement. By practical experiments you will gain a fee for the optimal use of the magnetoresistive sensors.
